The Open Access Issue: A Letter from the Editors

It’s been another rollercoaster year, so welcome to the last issue of Perspectives for 2021.

We’ve covered remote work and open access this year and we hope you’re looking forward to joining us for more engaging topics next year. In this issue, explore the use of open textbooks during COVID-19, Indigenous knowledge in makerspaces, and our latest rural librarian interview with Lucie Bergeron in Revelstoke.

Our editorial team has also seen some changes. We’d like to thank outgoing editors Stephanie Kripps and Erin May who helped us stay the course throughout the pandemic. We look forward to warmly welcoming new editors in 2022.

Stay tuned for information about our next issue. In the meantime, stay safe and happy holidays.

Sincerely,

The Editors
