Information for Exhibitors

The 2014 BC Library Trade Show is now SOLD OUT!

Exhibitor Wait List – If you didn’t register for a booth space in time and would like to be added to a wait list, please email the BCLA Office at office@bcla.bc.ca.

Cancellations – Cancellation must be submitted in writing to office@bcla.bc.ca by February 28, 2014.  Refunds are subject to a $100 handling fee, and will be processed within 1 – 3 weeks.  If you do not receive acknowledgement of your cancellation within 5 business days, you must contact the BCLA office at 888-683-5354.

Trade Show Services

Showtime Event & Display has been appointed as our  official trade show service & product supplier. The Showtime Exhibitor Order Package is now available.

Your booth registration includes pipe and drape; the hall is carpeted and wireless internet is provided at no charge. If you wish to bring your own furniture, please feel free to do so. Or, you can order it from Showtime.

For all out-of-country exhibitors who require customs clearance assistance, North American Logistics Services Inc. (NALSI) has been appointed the official customs broker. Please contact Mr. Remy Perrot at 1-855-328-2841or rperrot@nalsi.com for more information.

The 2014 BC Library Conference has registered with the Canada Border Services Agency. Please download the letter here.  Please also attach this document to any boxes or packages being shipped to Canada for this event.
