At The Conference
We are excited that we are hosting the BC Library Conference at a new location this year. But with a new location, comes a new layout to become familiar with. This year, the conference will be split into 3 levels:
Lobby Level – Your gateway to the Trade Show and Conference Rooms. The Tuscany Room, where we will have sessions on Tuesday and the All Delegate Reception, is located on this level.
Second Level – The Harbourside Foyer and Ballrooms. Registration Desk, Trade Show (and all the coffee and lunch breaks), Book Sales and Signings, and the Closing Keynote Address are located on this level. The Second Level is upstairs from the Lobby Level.
From the second floor to A Level, take the stairs or main elevators to the Lobby then transfer to the Parking Elevator or stairs down to A Level
A Level – Level A is downstairs from the Lobby Level. Most of the sessions will be on the A Level. We are using Salon A, C, D, E, and F

There will be signs posted and volunteers with ‘Ask Me’ buttons all around to help you find your way. Printed floorplans will also be available at the Registration Desk
