Early Bird Pricing:

8’x6′ BCLA Member – $475

Please note, the 8’x6′ booths will be located in the foyer. The 8’x6′ booths will not be in the Publishers Zone.

Extra Exhibitor Reps – $75.00

What’s Included?

8’x8’ or 8’x6′ with 8ft back wall and 3’ side walls with carpeted floors, 2 Representatives, Wireless Internet, all Breaks & Lunch in the Exhibits Hall including the President’s Reception.

Not Included: Tables and Chairs, Electrical, Lighting, Wired Internet

Trade Show Services & Shipping

The 2019 BC Library Conference has registered with the Canada Border Services Agency. The letter will be available shortly. Please also attach this document to any boxes or packages being shipped to Canada for this event.

Showtime Event and Display is our Trade Show Event Services Supplier – the Trade Show Exhibitor Package will be available shortly, with the optional rental options available: services for shipping, furniture, power, A/V equipment, etc.

For all out-of-country exhibitors who require customs clearance assistance, North American Logistics Services Inc. (NALSI) has been appointed the official customs broker. Please contact Jeff Davis at 778-328-2841 or jdavis@nalsi.com for more information. NALSI also offers international shipping services.

FAQ

Q: Can I pay by cheque?
A: Yes. You will still need to register through Eventbrite, our online registration system, but instead of pressing the Order Now button, there is a link under the button that say “Show Other Payment Options” – select this link and select the Pay Offline button. You will need to fill out the requested information and after you submit it, an invoice will be emailed to you.

Q: What is the cost of Wifi?
A: Wifi in the exhibits hall is complimentary. If you require a wired internet connection, please contact the Conference Coordinator to confirm pricing and to order.

Q: Are parking passes included in our exhibitor registration?
A: No, they are not. Complimentary parking is only provided for one car per registered hotel guestroom.

Q: Is the exhibits hall carpeted?
A: Yes it is with standard hotel carpeting. If you wish to order a specific colour of carpet, you may order from Showtime for an additional charge.

Q: How many exhibitor representatives are included in my exhibitor registration?
A: 2 representatives are included. Additional reps can be added. The cost is $75 per person and can be purchased during your online registration.

Q: Can I tear down early before the trade show ends?
A: We kindly request that exhibitors do not tear down their exhibit display until after the trade show ends at 5:00 pm so that other exhibitors and delegates are not disrupted. Please carefully review the hours of the trade show before booking your flights and/or return shipping to avoid scheduling conflicts.
