This policy is in alignment with the <a href=\"https:\/\/bclaconnect.ca\/bcals\/files\/2016\/01\/BCALS-Anti-Racism-Action-Plan.pdf\">BCALS Anti-Racism Action Plan<\/a> and is in place to ensure that the events organized by BCALS reflect the diverse range of lived experiences of our membership.
