In October, we’ll be introducing an updated website. The website will be more accessible, have a clean new design and will better serve the BC library community.
BCLA’s listserv technology is end-of-life and will be replaced with online forums at the same time. Online forums will offer an improved user experience including archives, video integration and personalized notification options. The listservs will remain active until the new forums go live.
As the online forums will be a place where BC librarians and library staff come to share information, seek advice and connect with each other, we want you to help us name the new online community. You can submit your suggestions via our online form. Each suggestion will be entered into a draw to win one of two $50 Indigo gift cards.
We’ll provide more information and keep you informed about upcoming changes as we get closer to the launch date.
