The BCLA’s Climate Action Committee is organizing a “Climate Action Week” from Sept 23-29. Libraries have been working hard to support our communities as they grapple with climate change over the years, and this is a chance to amplify and promote that work, and to be inspired by our colleagues throughout the province. It is our hope that this will provide a forum where different staff across the sector can share what they are doing and make the load lighter for everyone.
