Welcome to the Young Adult and Children’s Services Section (YAACS)!
YAACS (Young Adults and Children’s Services) is a section of the British Columbia Library Association. Our purpose is to support library staff in the provision of high-quality library services to children, teens, and families in BC. Our members include librarians, teacher-librarians, students, and other library workers interested in services for youth in British Columbia.
Attend a Meetings:
YAACS meets on the last Wednesday of the month from 12:00pm to 1:00pm. Anyone interested in youth services is welcome to attend. Meeting links will be shared on the forum in the weeks leading up to the meeting.
