Keynote speaker: J. Elizabeth Mills is a PhD Candidate at the University of Washington Information School. She received her MLIS in 2013. Her research explores the role reflection plays in how librarians plan, deliver, and assess storytimes for young children in public libraries. Her work sits at the intersection of design theory and informal learning environments for young children. She has a background in children’s publishing as an editor and author.
