As per our bylaws, we need 10% of active YAACS members present to make quorum. If you are not an active member (i.e. not a paid BCLA member), you are also more than welcome to attend the meeting as a non-voting participant.
We have several open positions, including the position of Incoming President. If you are interested in this position or in any other open YAACS positions, please email us at [email protected]. YAACS relies on our volunteers and cannot run without them. If we do not have an Incoming President we will have to shut down YAACS. Please consider putting in an expression of interest for this important role!
