Over the next few weeks, we will be introducing you to our guest speakers for this year’s Youth Services Institute. Today, meet Ruth Nakalyowa.
Ruth Nakalyowa has a passion for working with nonprofits, international development organizations, youth, and educators to advance Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI). She also facilitates conflict management sessions through an EDI lens for business leaders. Additionally, Ruth works to promote decolonization practices in the aid sector and non-profits. She has volunteer, research, and work experience in Canada, Zambia, eSwatini, and Uganda. Ruth is passionate about building inclusive communities and advocating for anti-racist policies.
