The BC Library Association is pleased to announce our upcoming virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, June 19 at noon.
Registration is open until Tuesday, June 16 at 11:59pm. You must be a BCLA member to attend the AGM. If you are unsure of your membership status, please check online by logging in to your account or emailing BCLA Manager Angie Ayupova.
After you register, your membership will be confirmed. You will be sent a Zoom invitation that includes a link to the AGM package (agenda and supporting materials) closer to the date of the meeting.
If you are unable to attend the meeting but still wish to vote, you may do so via proxy. Instead of registering, please fill out the proxy form. Proxy forms must be completed and received by Tuesday, June 16 at 11:59pm to be counted at the AGM.
