Show Services
The BC Library Association is pleased to be working with a third party show services provider to ensure that all your Trade Show needs are met.
Trade show booth services and supplies such as electricity, lighting, tables, and chairs must be arranged directly with the show services provider – these are not included with your booth fee. Show services will send you an email with an exhibitor package so you can make these arrangements directly and easily.
Pre/Post Show Shipping – – For out-of-town exhibitors, we strongly recommend that exhibitors use our show services provider’s shipping services to ensure your booth items arrive on time and for ease of shipping materials home at the end of the trade show for your booth reps. Please note, the conference centre will not accept trade show booth and materials shipments, and deliveries will be refused.
The main exhibits area is locked at night, however, no additional security is provided. The BCLA assumes no liability for any loss or damage to exhibits.
Terms & Conditions
Should you need to cancel: Any cancellations should be sent to BCLA Event Coordinator, Sarah Bolton.. A $200 handling fee is applied, and the remainder will be refunded. No refunds after March 20, 2026.
Conference Code of Conduct: By registering for a trade show booth at the BC Library Conference, you agree to abide by the Conference Code of Conduct, and all health and safety guidelines as determined by BCLA.
