Join us for a lively and fun session highlighting BCLTA’s newest learning resource – a collection of trustee knowledge quizzes. Anne O’Shea, Principal Strategist at Craft Strategic Solutions will walk participants through this new resource.

Learning Outcomes: By the end of the session, participants will:

  • Learn at least one new thing about the library act, library governance, and different kinds of BC libraries – we promise!
  • Know about BCLTA’s trustee new knowledge quizzes, where to find them, and how to use them
  • Explore ideas about how to use these tools in onboarding and annual board development plans

Presenter: Anne O’Shea, Principal Strategist at Craft Strategic Solutions.  She has spent more than 20 years in public and non profit organizations leading teams, facilitating planning processes, and designing and managing services. She is passionate about helping people and making a difference.
