Join us for the Virtual Youth Services Institute 2022 hosted by YAACS and BCLA!
A day of inspiring professional development with presentations from HELP (Human Early Learning Partnership) and CWILL (Children’s Writers and Illustrators BC) as well as lightning talks from your colleagues and friends in children’s services!
The event will take place on April 14, from 9.00 am – 2.00 pm in Zoom.
We will email you the Zoom link 3 days in advance of the program.

8:45 – 9:00am – Registration opens
9:00 – 9:15am – Welcome and introductions and land acknowledgement
9:15 – 9:40am – introductory icebreaker
9:45 – 10:30am – First presenter / presentation
10:30 – 10:45am – Questions/interactive activity
10:45am – Coffee break
11:00 – 11:45am – Second presenter/presentation
11:45am – 12:00pm – Questions/interactive activity
12:05pm – 1:00pm – Lightning Talks (could be longer depending on interest)
1:00 – 1:25pm Final discussion activity
1:25 – 1:30pm– Closing remarks and end of day

$20 for BCLA members
$30 for non-members
$10 for students
We do not have a group rate available, the cost is per person.
