Accessible Customer Service – July 25

After a successful offering of “Accessible Customer Service: the CAP Framework” in June with Nora Loyst of Untapped Accessibility, BCLA will be presenting an additional workshop on Thursday, July 25th at 1pm-3pm via Zoom to ensure more library staff can experience this program. The training is 90-minutes in length, with an optional 30 minutes for dialogue at the end. Find out more about the framework on our website.
