Beyond Hope Virtual Reboot Series

Beyond Hope is a biennial library conference organized by the Prince George Public Library every odd year. It serves libraries throughout the Province, especially library workers in the north, providing them with an opportunity to gather and discuss relevant issues.

BCLA is pleased to partner with PGPL on this virtual series, which is in the spirit of the Conference Virtual Reboot Series offering a selection of workshops from the annual BC Library Conference. PGPL will invite presenters from Beyond Hope to replicate or re-imagine their workshop via Zoom for a wider audience during the even year starting January 2026.

While the entire 2025 in-person conference will not be duplicated, we hope that the sessions provided will give a sense of the range of topics that were offered and improve accessibility for those who were unable to attend or for whom in-person conference is not a good fit.

Just like in-person conferences, the events in this series will require a registration fee which is based on an equity pricing model.
